Tech Wizard Fundraiser Luncheon

Washington County 4-H Leaders Association with the support of the OSU Women’s Philanthropy Giving Circle, Comcast, and FEI, hosted their first 4-H Tech Wizard fundraiser luncheon for 185 attendees on October 12. Attending the luncheon were representatives from over 40 organizations and local businesses.

As part of the event, guests were treated to demos displaying some of the work the Tech Wizard students have done using the technology they learn in the program.	Video editing demo

On hand as emcee was Bruce Sussman, Tech Wizard mentor and meteorologist for KGW TV.	Guests were treated to a special guest speaker, Ed Ray, President of OSU, who spoke about the value of the Tech Wizard program and the need for Science, Math, Engineering, and Technology education in Oregon.
And there were lots of supporters...
