* The Board of Directors of the Washington County 4-H Leaders Association will make every effort to apply funds where you – the donor – wish to have them. However, donors should be advised – sometimes a project area is not available or has some other restrictions so that funds cannot be applied as directed. In such cases, the Board will apply the funds to the area of most need. The Board will not initiate contact with the donor if a change is made – however, donors may initiate contact to learn how their funds were used.
