This is a genuine Dell charger. Slightly higher than that entered my Latitude D630, and use three-pin plug instead of the 2 spike, but it works perfectly. There are a lot of junky network devices on the market, which power laptops, but do not recharge. This is a real charger / adapter. High quality. Works perfectly. Fair price. . . so I will leave this always on my desk ready to plug in whenever I can use your laptop there, and keep the other (original) always in my laptop bag so I’ve got it, if I’m traveling and need it!

I’ve been very pleased with this power supply. It has worked every day last month, because I bought it, and it has worked well. It is interesting to note that this is a full 90W power supply. Do not be fooled into buying cheaper versions of other manufacturers’ 60W. These cheaper supplies 60W burn itself in about a month, especially if you use USB devices are powered by a laptop computer via the USB port. I know this from personal experience. This delivery is a OEM replacement to my original laptop power supply, not only cheaper knockoff.

I was very skeptical about buying this adapter. I changed the batteries on my computer and I still get the message that my network device is not recognized and my battery will not charge. Old was still in power adapter on my computer, but nothing else. Dell’s site is the worst estimates of network devices so I thought this would be a better / cheaper route. This product works perfectly. I put it on and it worked immediately. My screen does not show the “power supply not recognized” when powering up and the battery is charging. I am very pleased with this product.

Old was still in power adapter on my computer, but nothing else. This power supply is 90W and my DELL E1705 BIOS will recognize it and it charges properly. Do not be fooled into buying cheaper versions of other manufacturers. I have had the experience of cheaper power sources of burns himself after one year, so the day!. This is especially true if you use USB devices are powered by a laptop computer via the USB port. I know this from personal experience.
This is a genuine OEM supply to replace my original laptop power supply, not only cheaper knockoff.
