AR3610-U2002 comes a 250GB drive. . . not 160 as in the specifications above. U9022 with 160GB drives. Not sure why anyone would order that one as the U2002 is similar, but greater drive and goes for less money. . . Amazon, at least. The only other error on this page is the keyboard / mouse I got with the device were black. . not the white shown in the picture.
* Likes Plays 1080p flawlessly
* Includes TV stand and VESA mount. Tried to install the television but the device was pretty hot the heat behind the TV.
* Wireless keyboard / mouse is true, chiclet style keys are large.
* Wireless N built
* The unit is fairly quiet and is very cool.
Dislikes * No external wifi antenna
* bloatware (it took about an hour to remove all)
; * 2 GB of RAM, or should, 2 x 1GB. So upgrading to 4GB is to buy 2 x 2GB.

All the previous reviewer (4point2) said there was and is the reason I bought this model. Amazon pricing is kinda screwed up, so buy this model (U2002), is not it more of (U9022).
I feel the need to add your own more unique thing, and wireless experience.

my installation of this device and was soon to experience very strange things in my contact G. web. I was able to get an external adapter to work fine, and I have tried all the different drivers available from Acer, updated BIOS and nvidia’s chipset, and even update the firmware in my router, but have experienced dropped connections and horrible / no browsing capabilities.
< br /> Pretty much gave up and returned for Revo second only to discover it was not “defective” network because it has the same issues.
Searched for high and low and found a post about using different channel router, so I moved my router to Auto 1911 (not working), 10 (not working), but eventually the channel 9 did the trick!
Going through other channels, and run through some speed tests to see whether the faster, but wanted to remind you of this matter, because I could not find this deal anywhere else on the Internet.
Overall, I highly recommend this device, and as always, Amazon customer service was top class.

There was only one review for this product when I bought it (which was helpful). I’m looking for a small computer to hook up my HDTV to watch streaming video (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube) and it is almost exactly what I was looking for. The small size fits perfectly to my TV credenza. I also like the wireless keyboard and mouse. Chicklet keyboard takes a little getting used to, but it will be large, because I can not keep the second floor in my coffee table.
I’m not a wireless issue. It does not maintain contact with the wireless network. I eventually hooked up with the hardline my internet and it works well. I would have tried what one critic has since recommended (Channel switch – that would not have happened to me), but it works well so I have it set up now.
As another previous reviewer, other small complaint I have is that the headphone jack is in front, forcing the connection to work through the front of the receiver, if you want to use one. It’s a little ugly, but I like having a computer hooked up to my sound system.
I recommend this computer to others who want to use it the same way as I use it.

Since 08.04.2010 to consider review of the work. I may have to revise my rating up if I find a solution to the problems I’ve been having.
I bought this device is largely based on first review posted by 4point2, along w / most of the very positive reviews posted on Acer AspireRevo AR3610 U9022-Desktop PC (dark blue) combined with the fact that, on paper, it just feels really good value.
I can not say that I’m unhappy. However, I can say that I am disappointed.
My main issue is the HDMI (both video and audio.)
Background: I have a device connected to the 32 “1080p LCD TV. turn the TV is connected to an older analog receiver Dolby January 5. I have the headphone jack of your TV set Logitech January 3 speakers (this is to allow the sound without the receiver is turned on, and because – as is usually the case anymore – TV speakers only accept .) I use the TV controls to select the source and the receiver. This has some advantages that I did not try to explain here.
Problem: I have been struggling for several days now trying to get HDMI Audio to work than I expected. and I expect that I can play all the video sources of PC TV (WCG was a big reason to buy this unit) – and this is just simply not work over HDMI. The biggest problem seems related to the HDMI Audio. It appears that some video file formats to send audio HDMI concentrated – and apparenlty ION HDMI Audio does not support it. I have come to this conclusion, based on some research, but should not be considered true. If someone has some input to share that they would be welcome – so please comment if you do not.
be well I have the exact problem – files (tiedostomuoto. DVR-MS), that I have recorded in my home office PC Windows Media Center Silicondust HDHomerun my receiver will not play Acer over hdmi. When I start playing a few frames to make and then the screen goes blank. < br />
When you use Windows Media Player files to play to give the message “Windows Media Player encountered a problem playing this file.”
When you use the Media Center, when the screen goes blank, it gives the following error message – “Video Error files needed to display video are not installed or not working correctly. Start Windows Media Center or restart your computer. “
Has been difficult to reach a definite conclusion as quickly as some reason, because Acer support is less than a star. I have also contacted the support for my TV tuner and they concluded that the problem is likely to HDMI Audio, and I have yet to find much evidence that this conclusion is correct.
I noticed that I had the opportunity to connect analog audio output (headphone jack) is analog stereo input of the TV (HDMI Audio to remove) and connect the VGA video input. In this configuration. DVR-MS files to play. This behavior agrees with the feedback Silicondust support.
I am also disappointed with HDMI . When I use the HDMI video picture TV initially did not fit on the screen. It is NVIDIA utiliy change the desktop size. But the sacrifices resolution to fit the image on the screen. It is only a pity that when I change the resolution (ie – 720p to 1080p, etc.) I am the size of the desktop. And when video is sent over the VGA input size is not the issue.
I will continue to HDMI solution to things, because I see the value of the HDMI (if it works as expected) and I will send updates for this review so as not to “destroy the curve. ”

This thing is pretty cool. . . I snagged the 3G wireless signal without hesitation, is a stylish and modern cosmetics package, and dig a wireless mouse and keyboard. But I am not crazy about the speaker line outputs are balanced jack-in front of the packages are behind. . . might be OK if my monitor is VESA standard, and I was able to install the CPU back, as an alternative. The only real complaint so far is a little gem has had difficulty explaining some of the typed version of the demo software. . . but could be operator error. Its a pretty cool device like a computer person like me.
