Bad box. After initial setup, I noticed you ask? CD / DVD box does not work (both switches were bad). Acer support is offered free of l? Hett? From? repair facilities in Texas (FX Standard Shipping 3-5 p? iv?) and in-house recovery measures 7-10 p? iv? and return shipping. Needless to say Acer “support” was a super? In a bad one. I was expecting some sort of exchange or priority shipping and repair. I called Amazon the next p? Iv n?, And they would be pleased?’s Changed on the computer. Call the Amazon. com before you call Acer support I have learned to heel? through.
